Hello, my name is George Lazaris, Broker of Lazaris Realty, LLC. I have been a licensed Real Estate Agent since 1977 (33 Years). I received my Broker’s License in 1995 and have had Lazaris Realty, LLC. for the past 15 years. For the past 10 Years I have made the “Honor Roll” designation with the Idaho Real Estate Commission in regards to the several audits that they have conducted on all my files. I am told that in the State of Idaho, very few brokers have accomplished this.

My wife Linda Lazaris and I work together as partners. She has been a licensed Real Estate Agent since 1993 (17 Years). Every year since 1995, Linda has achieved “Top Producer” status because of the volume of sales that she has maintained. In the last several years her volume has allowed her to be in the top 2% of all agents within our MLS.

Together, just Linda and I alone have sold and closed well over 1000 homes. We are both very particular when it comes to paperwork and contracts. We also spend a lot of time taking photographs and writing down all the home’s amenities that will be used for the flyers we keep in the flyer box. We are both well known and highly respected in our Real Estate community.
